These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 1stcardcollectibles.com and purchases from [1st Card Collectibles] ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

1) Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 to use the site and 18 to make purchases (or have parental consent). Keep your login secure—you’re responsible for activity under your account.

2) Orders, Pricing, & Availability

  • We reserve the right to accept/refuse any order, limit quantities, and correct errors.
  • Prices, promotions, and availability can change without notice. In the event of a pricing or allocation error, we may cancel and refund.

3) Preorders

  • ETAs are estimates and may change due to manufacturer/distributor delays. If allocations are cut, we may reduce quantities or cancel and refund affected items.
  • Preorder cancellations initiated by you may incur a 15% processing fee.

4) Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to your address. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

5) Returns

  • Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated by reference.

6) Product Descriptions & Condition

  • We try to be accurate, but do not warrant that listings, images, or descriptions are error‑free. Card condition for raw singles uses industry language (e.g., Near Mint, Light Play) and may include minor manufacturing or handling marks typical of the hobby.

7) Breaks, Live Rips, Randomizers

  • By purchasing a break or live‑rip item, you authorize us to open product on your behalf. Results are random and not guaranteed. All sales are final once opened. Randomizations (teams/players) will be conducted via posted methods and recorded.

8) Limits, Fraud, & Resale

  • We may limit quantities per customer/household. We reserve the right to cancel suspected fraud or abuse and to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

9) User Content & Community Rules

  • If you post reviews, photos, or participate in streams, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to use that content for site/store promotion. Do not post unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

10) Intellectual Property

  • All site content (logos, text, graphics) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not use our marks without written permission.

11) Third‑Party Links & Services

  • We’re not responsible for third‑party sites or services linked from our store.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our site and products are provided “as is” without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13) Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.

14) Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

15) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Optional arbitration clause (consult counsel): Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Shelby County, Alabama, on an individual basis (no class actions).

16) Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version with a revised Effective date. Continued use signifies acceptance.
